Hi
Everyone,
Last
weeks shooting with our new set was a great success
and thank you to those who came along and participated
as talent, guests and audience.
Just
a reminder that that the new times are 11.00am for
crew and 11.30 for talent and guests for a shooting
time of 12.00
Australia
Day special
This Saturday we will record a piece on the history
of Australia Day and then we want everyone to sing
the National Anthem; Advance Australia Fair, most
likely only the first verse. I have attached the Anthem
so you can all practice, although I will have copies
with me on the day so don’t worry if you don’t
know it off by heart.
MEDIA
COVERAGE:
Also we have got a few teams out on Australia Day
getting some media coverage and if you would like
to be involved with this activity or if you have a
camera and would like to take some footage yourself,
then please see myself or Joy on Saturday so we can
allocate specific activities so we are not all shooting
the same material. Also if you would like to be involved
as an assistant to one of the teams then your participation
would be very much appreciated. Please see me on Saturday
for Media Passes.
Play
at Belleview Street theatre
Run Rabbit Run
This is a play about the South Sydney football club
and the players. Great stuff is you are a foot fan
and we would love to get a group together so we can
support the club as a special thank you to them for
the space we use each week to film Joys World.
The tickets are $40.00 however if we get group together
we may be able to get concession.
The play is playing for this week and next week.
Christmas
Raffle
Our Christmas raffle was won by Samantha, who along
with Steve gives us our fitness tips. However as Samantha
had to leave early she said if she won she would donate
it to a charity. Well guess what Sam, you did win
and you donated it to. The Kids On The Street charity.
Thanks so much, I’m sure they enjoyed it.
Footage
All footage that is pre recorded and not recorded
at the studio on Saturdays must be edited and no longer
5 minutes including credits and please remember even
though you are not shooting in the studio there is
still a fee of $20.00 for your footage to go to air.
Ok
that’s all for this week, we would love to see
a large turn up on Saturday so we have all your great
singing voices for the National Anthem, so please
make a special effect this week to come and join in
on the fun and show your support for Joys World and
Australia Day.
