As a member of a family where Diabetes is considered high risk for all, I'm naturally very interested in becoming involved with any efforts aimed at improving awareness of the disease. I have recently taken steps to improve my own fitness and diet as a result of the risks associated with poor health and the possible onset of Diabetes. A fabulous by-product of this is I'm feeling great physically and mentally, so I'm achieving two things at once and I'd love to pass on this motivation to others in a similar position to me. I hope that I can in some way help make the night a success.
